Cultural Industry Park High Quality Development Forum Held

On June 8, the High Quality Development Forum of Cultural Industry Park and the signing ceremony of "Cultural Industry Park Carrying Plan", sponsored by the Department of Industry Development of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Shenzhen International Holdings Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, was held in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. At the event site, the organizer released the first batch of cooperative parks under the "Cultural Industry Park Carrying Plan", among which 38 Jiayuan District signed a carrying cooperation agreement on site.

As a key event of the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Expo and Trade Fair, this forum focuses on the high-quality development of cultural industry parks in the new era, and conducts in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as park development direction and trends, promoting urban renewal and industry city integration, industrial ecological innovation, smart park construction, and "digital" management.

According to the introduction, in order to implement the strategy of regional coordinated development, in accordance with the task deployment of establishing a regional cooperative development mechanism for cultural industry parks in the 14th Five Year Plan for Cultural Industry Development, in 2021, under the guidance and promotion of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Nanjing Qinhuai Characteristic Cultural Industry Park and the "Voice of Seven Textiles" cultural and tourism industry cluster in Shuimogou District, Ürümqi will establish a cooperation mechanism, and pilot exploration will take cultural industry parks as the carrier, The path and model for promoting the coordinated development of regional cultural industries. On this basis, in December 2021, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the "Opinions on Promoting the High Quality Development of National Cultural Industry Parks", proposing the implementation of the "Cultural Industry Park Carrying Plan", which was officially launched in August 2022. After preliminary coordination, 57 home districts have reached cooperation intentions, becoming the first batch of cooperation parks since the implementation of the "Cultural Industry Park Carrying Plan".

About 250 representatives from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, various cultural and tourism departments, cultural industry parks, and related research institutions attended the forum.
